Introduction to IRIS
IRIS (Integrated Referral & Intake System) is a web-based community referral system developed by the University of Kansas Center for Public Partnerships and Research (KU-CPPR). IRIS is a communication tool to support best practices in social service referral and coordination among community partners. Its primary purpose is to enable service providers in a community to make, receive, track, and respond to referrals.
