IRIS Roles
In IRIS, there are three levels of access: User, Data Manager, and System Manager. Users can be assigned a combination of these roles depending on their needs.
User
- Add new families
- Make and receive referrals on behalf of their organization
- View All Family and All Referrals information for their organization
- View Community Documents, Team Members, and Partner Organizations in their community
- Make edits to their user and organization profiles
System Manager
- Customize aspects of their IRIS Community, including assigning which Service Areas, Sectors, Organization Questions, and Referral Information Questions are shown while making a referral
- Manage which organizations and team members are in the community
Data Manager
Access community data through All Families and All Referrals
