Switch Access

Switch Access is a feature of IRIS allowing users access to multiple organizations and/or communities in which they have permissions with a single sign-on.

If you require access to more than one organization or community in IRIS you may utilize the Switch Access feature to change access within a single sign-on. When logged into IRIS, you are shown the organization and community you are signed into at the top of the left navigation menu. In order to access another organization or community, click Switch Access. A window will pop up displaying all of the organizations to which you have access and the community where that organization is located. To search for the appropriate organization, either scroll through the list or type the name of the organization and the list will narrow down. Choose the appropriate organization and click Submit at the bottom of the screen. The information at the top left of the navigation menu will update with the current organization and community you are accessing.
