Abstract
The Integrated Referral and Intake System (IRIS), developed by the Center for Public Partnerships and Research at the University of Kansas, is a web-based, bi-directional referral communication tool used to connect multi-sector service providers. We will examine community readiness factors and explore strategies for engaging cross-sector agencies toward implementing a shared vision.
