The Responsible Data Use Agreement outlines the responsible use of a system that contains confidential client information and the importance of discussing informed consent with clients who are the subject of the referral. IRIS organizations must acknowledge and agree to the IRIS Responsible Data Use Agreement before gaining system access. Each organization must identify a Responsible Data Use Contact with the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the organization. Upon creation of an organization profile, the Responsible Use Contact will receive an e-mail with a link to electronically agree to the IRIS Responsible Data Use Agreement.
